God Has Given You What It Takes to Plan
Living with the future in mind or knowing what is yet to happen in your life or on Earth is not merely for prophets. It is for every believer.

Since you’re God’s child as a believer, regardless of your rank in the Spirit, you are still subject to His disciplinary actions if He has to do it to you to straighten your life.
Just as a lighthouse guides ships safely through stormy seas, God’s Word illuminates our path and orders our steps with divine clarity (see Psalm 119:105). You must pray until you get direction from God whenever you get stuck.
God knows the end from the beginning. If He tells you to rest and to wait patiently for Him, He is trying to save you from encountering trouble you could have avoided. Never think you’re wiser than God. Stay humble and live being guided by His direction.
Every person has been given something by God and no matter how little, He expects you to exercise wisdom when using it.
It is common for you to experience struggles during your humble beginnings in starting to actualise the vision God has given you. In those moments when God shows Himself to be faithful, you will learn to depend on Him. Wait on God, acknowledge His Word and follow His leading.
Jesus said the blind cannot lead the blind, or else they’ll fall into a ditch. That is a very essential statement in leadership. It implies that as a leader, you must be ahead of your followers, both in thoughts and in steps.
Sometimes, you may have more time to study the very things your spiritual head is teaching the entire congregation every day. And so because of that, you can grow to be more knowledgeable than your teacher, which is not wrong, suppose that happens. But follow Jesus’ principle – the student is not above the teacher. The student can be more knowledgeable than the teacher but not as experienced as him.
Preaching is like spreading seed on the ground. Some will grow well, and others won’t. That is why servants of God must care less how slow or fast each member under their spiritual care grows in the Lord. It is not your duty, dear man of God. But don’t stop preaching!
Dear leader, whoever is not against you is for you in that organisation. Not everyone who comes around will follow laid-down organisational structures and systems to make an indelible impact. Some of them will take a different turn. When you see such things happening, analyse the situation and see what you can do to accommodate such people.
If you’re going to build your home or organisation successfully, you must be determined to build systems and train people to handle those systems so that you’ll get vision-related results. But what you use to build those systems is wisdom. Understanding how what you’ve designed to work is what you need to establish what you’ve built.
You shouldn’t give yourself to everything and everybody while leaving your family aside. Sometimes, withdraw from all things that take your time to spend quality time thinking about making Christ known in your family‘s daily activities.
