There Is No Need to Chase Fantasies
Chasing fantasies is one of the most dangerous activities a person can ever do. It’s just like chasing the wind. You will get nowhere with it since the wind blows whichever way it wants.

Chasing fantasies is one of the most dangerous activities a person can ever do. It’s just like chasing the wind. You will get nowhere with it since the wind blows whichever way it wants.

For the Bible to say that the light of the righteous shines brightly means that your witnessing of Jesus Christ wherever you go is evident unto all. But things become blurry and dim when believers shut up and subscribe to things that lead them to compromise on their faith.

God isn’t a selfish God, so He isn’t concerned with providing needs for only you to survive. He wants to lavish you with many benefits, large enough to help others. So when you ask Him to supply you with provision, ask big.

Some people, oblivious of how hurtful they speak, ignore the need to check their mouths by being slow to speak. The scripture tells us in James 1:19 that we must be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to wrath. So, patience is extremely needed to keep your mouth in check.

Meaningful friends are scarce to find. Over time, life and circumstances have a way of seeding out light-hearted friends away from people’s lives, and when that happens to you, it is quite normal. However, for those who share your values and goals, make it a personal ambition to put in some effort to keep them. That is how you choose your friends.

Your kind words have the capacity to lighten the burdens that weigh down the heart of that anxious person. You might overlook it, but it goes a long way to heal that person. Several people who committed suicide wouldn’t have done it if there was one person who encouraged them not to give up.

There is no issue, no problem or any life atrocity that happens that you cannot bear it. If you can’t, God won’t allow it to happen to you. By the way, did you know that sometimes, God allow certain things to happen in your life to reveal unto you that you are stronger than you think?

You must be intentional about sealing every area of your life with Christ, so you give no space to the enemy. Sometimes, side gigs to make you more busy solve this issue. But the ultimate solution is putting on Christ. Once you forget to do that, you give the devil space to exploit your time.

When you get born again, you have access to all the privileges in God’s grace. But God, in His wisdom, will deny you access to some of them so that you’ll grow in grace and knowledge of Him. And when that happens, it’ll be easy to manage that blessing when they start coming.

Offences are everywhere, especially in families, churches and workplaces. Nobody can prevent them from happening because Jesus said they are bound to come. So, even if you are the nicest person on Earth and a master of relationships with diverse kinds of people, you cannot prevent people from offending you or creating a mess among the people you fellowship with. So, focus on living in peace with people.

The elder son, who complained, failed to gather his share of the inheritance and enjoy some, even if he had opted to live elsewhere. Come on! Don’t be so engaged in working for God that you forget to enjoy his blessings in your life. Life isn’t all about work. Sometimes, make merry with some profits you have.

While it is good to be intentional about growing your economic life, don’t abandon God and think you’ll make it out there without Him. No! It doesn’t work like that. Go back to God even after messing up. Stay humble under His mighty hand, and He won’t fail to lift you.

Whether your life is like the prodigal son or an innocent fellow out of school without a job and staying hungry, look up to God. Get insight from Him to turn your situation around. Let Him give and restore to you a meaningful life devoid of suffering.

There is nothing wrong with desiring to be wealthy, but there is everything wrong with lacking the wisdom to manage the wealth you are looking for. Go for wisdom, and even if you don’t have wealth right now, it’ll be easy to manage it when it comes.

Can I tell you something? You may have plenty of needs you present before God. But if it’s about money, ask for wisdom. Go for wisdom and knowledge, and God will add wealth to it. In fact, when you have wisdom and knowledge, it’ll be easier to manage wealth when it comes.

The truth of the matter is that God is for you, and since that is so, you need not worry about your life. Worrying doesn’t lengthen your days of life. Step out in faith, knowing very well that God has your case in mind to deal with it for you.

Anxiety makes you doubt God’s provisions for your life, especially when you aren’t on any payroll. But God’s ways are past finding out. If He can direct what ways ravens should fly in order to get food to eat, then He knows how to provide for you in ways that aren’t in the traditional thinking of man’s ways of getting needs met.

Sometimes, when God inspires you to help others, you may not have all the resources you need to do that, both financial and human resource-wise. However, once that desire is there, God doesn’t care about multiplying the little you have for it to become plenty for people to enjoy.
