God Will Always Be with You

Isaiah 43:2 says that when you pass through the waters, meaning difficulties, God will be with you. And when you pass through the rivers, meaning hefty issues that have killed people, those situations won’t override His presence of peace in your life. And in the fire too, you shall not be burned. All these means that God will always be with you, even in the most difficult situations.

Pay Back Good for Evil

For us Christians, God doesn’t want us to carry both good and evil thoughts in our minds. That is why He wants to build a world where believers will need nothing from the world to go about life’s activities. But since we live in an evil age (see Galatians 1:4) where some people we interact with daily are unbelievers, He doesn’t want us to be ignorant of their evil ways.

Do Not Associate with People Given to Change

Child of God, disassociate from people living confused. Do not follow their counsel, or else they’ll infect you with their confusion. God created you on purpose for a purpose. Find out that purpose by developing a deeper intimacy with Him, follow Him as you’ve heard Him speak, and your life won’t be the same again.

Blessed Is the Man Who Endures Temptation

When you submit to God’s ways to overcome temptation, the Bible says blessed are you (James 1:12). But what kind of blessing is that? It’s called the reception of the crown of life, which God has promised for only those who love Him. That means you’ll receive life to live above such temptation.

Purge Your Life

When Jesus said, “And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame, rather than having two feet, to be cast into hell…” (Mark 9:45), He was speaking of purging lives of worldly distractions that keep them from hearing and following Him, not doing surgery to take out your legs.

Think Well of Your Enemies

You might have strong reasons to speak harsh words against those who attack the anointing upon your life to do God’s work in peace. But Assume the place of love and forgive them. Think well of your enemies. Don’t wish them to fall, although they deserve it.
