Start your year strong in the Lord by believing in Jesus Christ as Lord and personal saviour, building spiritual habits like Bible reading and prayer, and planning your days well.
Intend to build new things and spiritual patterns this year and beyond, not forgetting to count the cost involved.

If Joseph had challenged God’s instruction to escape to Egypt, Jesus would have been killed. Obey God without hesitation.
Do not let life issues consume your thoughts so much that you forget to spread the Word about Jesus to the world.
God didn’t give the wise men a reason not to return to Herod. He simply gave them an instruction to use another route, and they obeyed, ending up in saving Jesus’s life from attempt to be killed by Herod.
Three gifts were presented to Jesus by the wise men namely: gold, frankincense and myrrh. However, the wise men (Magi) were more than three.
Nobody forced the shepherds to go to Bethlehem at that night hour when they heard Jesus was born, but they said to themselves “let’s go to Bethlehem” out of reverence to Him.
We can be joyous every Christmas season and present gifts unto our loved ones. But the best gift we can give to someone who doesn’t know the reason for the season is Jesus.
Even though 25th December isn’t the exact day Jesus was physically born, it’ll always be remembered and used to celebrate the first coming of the Prince of Peace.
But for Jesus to be placed in a manger by his mother, it means God sent Him to a strange world, where nobody knew who He was from above.
