In Matthew 7:12, Jesus says what I call the golden rule in scripture, which says, “… in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you…”. That means, you ought to be reciprocated in your demands of people’s treatment.
Just as Christ forgave us when we didn’t deserve forgiveness, be patient enough to forgive your loved ones. For love is patient.
Maybe you feel rejected by your family and friends. Or you feel stuck in life, wondering when some situations will cease happening. I invite you to call upon the name of Jesus for help. Sometimes, it’s not just about Him sending people to you, but you also calling upon Him.
Treat people well as Jesus would treat them primarily because they are all God’s heritage. In that way, you’ll portray to them that God’s love has no loopholes.
Don’t just love those who love you. Balance the beneficiaries of those who receive God’s love from you. Add everyone to it, including the enemies you know nothing about.
Make it a heart desire to always walk with more than enough mindset. Carry more than you’ll spend on you each day. So that when you get an opportunity to give to the one who needs something you have, you’ll not have much.
We owe a lot of love to our broken world filled with numerous wicked people. Let’s choose not to advance the devil’s work of selfishness. But to keep supporting people by the inspiration of God’s love.
