Be Content with What You Have

Jesus Himself said in Mathew 6:31-32 that you should not worry about what to eat, drink or wear, for our Father in Heaven knows your needs. Many of us lose consciousness of our Father’s capability to provide, which shouldn’t be the case. Learn to depend on God for provision.

Sit at the Feet of Jesus

Learn to enjoy Jesus no matter how busy you are. Create a strong boundary between time for work and time for Jesus alone while leaving everything aside. That will help you enjoy the Lord very well as you make an impact in His name.

Avoid Sowing in Your Flesh

The devil has no love. He doesn’t like you. So when he suggests sinful thoughts to you, even as sweet in your mind, don’t ever think there’s a good end to engaging in it. It’ll leave you with shame and guilt when you submit to him. Be wise in how you live in this perverse generation. And let God be the reason for everything you do.

Whoever Obeys My Word Will Not See Death

Jesus said in John 8:51 that “… whoever obeys my Word will never see death.” That means that even when we are in Christ and do not obey God’s Word, we are prone to face consistent hardship in life, and unfortunately, many believers are living like this. They are in Christ but disregard the authority of His Word over their lives. As followers of Christ, we must rely solely on His Word always. We ought to treasure it and carve it on our hearts.

Jesus Is Your Good Shepherd

Obey your spiritual leader. Honour him very well. But don’t come to church or serve in the ministry because of him, otherwise, that would be an eyeservice and that is not pleasing before God. Remember to seek Jesus in all that you do.
