Did you know that almost everybody on this Earth has debts to pay for? Maybe you are shocked to hear this, but that’s what the Bible says. In Romans 13:7, we are told to give to everyone what we owe them. However, the preceding words in the scripture didn’t state that “money” is the only thing to think about regarding debt! There is more to that!

You Can Reap What You Have Not Worked for

Jesus said, as a believer, you can reap what you have not worked for, provided He sent you (see John 4:38). That means every person sent from God can reap from several areas of legitimate provision by the supernatural works of God. That is why a worldly person cannot understand anyone whom God has blessed with wealth.

Your Treasure and Your Heart Will Always be in the Same Direction

Because your treasure and your heart will always be in the same direction, it is essential to guard your heart against all forms of filth because when filth gets into it, your finances will become imbalanced. Why? Because your love for the Lord will wax cold (see Matthew 24:12). Guard your heart with all diligence because all the issues of life springs from it (see Proverbs 4:23).

Estimate the Cost Before Starting to Build

Dear businessman, building your business is costly. It’ll demand so much of your time and brainwork to develop structures and systems. So it’s not just about money. Dear minister, reaching the world doesn’t only depend on how powerful God’s message given to you is. You need the finance, human resources and equipment to make it presentable across diverse platforms.

Do Not Practice Benevolence to Please People

According to Jesus in Matthew 6:1, anyone who practices his righteousness (interpreted as benevolence) before others with the aim of attracting public applause will have no reward from the Father in heaven. Think about that! If you fail to give God’s way, you lose resources because God won’t reward you for your deed. Mercy!
