In John 7:38, Jesus highlights what it means to have multiple streams of impact out of even your uttermost bad parts of your life on one condition — if you believe on Him. That means a lot to us, the children of God.
Instead of doubting God’s promises about your life, ask Him for explanations. Stay with Him until You hear him answer all your questions so that your faith in His Word will stand strong. For that is what Mary did to Angel Gabriel until her faith in giving birth to Jesus stand strong despite challenges surrounding it.
Ephesians 2:6 tells us that God has raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. So God has changed your spiritual position from a realm of deadness in sins to an honourable place in His Son’s kingdom.
When God formed you in your mother’s womb, no product of evil was part of His plan for your life.
God dwells in unapproachable light (1 Timothy 6:16). So anytime He draws near you, darkness in your life must vanish. By saying “darkness,” I’m speaking of the wrong things in your life you keep harbouring – including the offences. Cleanse your life!
A part of the labour involved in you, growing spiritually, depends on you coming to Jesus, not Him coming to you. Do you want to go deep with Jesus? Come to Him. Put up the effort to read and study the Word, pray persistently, avoid skipping the gathering of the saints and doing the work of the Lord. These are essential things to prioritise first in your life. Take a step to draw near God today; because, by so doing, you shall eat of the living bread that came down from heaven – Jesus.
Your works contributing to your divine purpose fulfilment follow you even after you’re physically dead. Knowing this very well, why won’t you focus on doing God’s work diligently without grumbling today?
Look to God to supply everything you need to fulfil your calling, both materially and spiritually (divine knowledge).
Child of God, be rest assured. God will clothe you. He’ll do it so well that you’ll be shocked. Trust Him to provide, even when you didn’t expect Him.
The accomplishments you’ve chalked in ministry are worth celebrating by you. Rejoice in yourself alone for that work because it’s worth it.
In Galatians 6:1, Paul entreats people of the faith who live by the Spirit to gently restore those caught in sin. But he adds that they should watch themselves, lest they be tempted. So there’s a bait of temptation when performing such a spiritual act. Do you check yourself, dear minister?
Don’t focus on what you’ll get from raising people in the Lord. No! It’s not easy but do it wholeheartedly and selflessly. God will someday raise them to a very influential level and come back to help you when you need them.
