God’s fire clears every filthy thing in the path of the believer’s life. And so if a Christian doesn’t fan it to flame through consistent fellowship with God, bad things creep in subtly as engineered by the devil and eventually make him divert from God’s path. Prioritise your time with the Lord every single day.
Commit to loving the brethren despite what some of them do against you. And know that you came to Christ by faith. So don’t let that faith stand in how people treat you.
Being a Christian does not make you immune to persecution. Christ Himself was persecuted. The apostles from the early church were persecuted for their faith. Therefore, the modern-day Christian is not exempted at all.
