Jesus gave out the single requirement that any Christian who wants to do greater works must meet, which is this: believe in him.
The best form of training a leader can give to his followers is to set an example by practising what’s he teaches. People remember what you model more than what you say.

Good works are the hallmark of selfless Christians. Don’t be selfish with what God blesses you with. You’re blessed to be a blessing unto people.
To continue doing good works, don’t look for those with needs (because they’ll always be around). Rather, spend time in the presence of the Holy Spirit to be empowered.
When you decide to speak pleasantly, Proverbs 16:24 says those words become just like a honeycomb with two additional functionalities: sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.
There is variation in how much people take God’s Word seriously. Due to this, there’ll always be different levels of fruition amongst Christians. Aim to understand God’s Word you receive well, so that you’ll work with it to bear more fruit.
