There’s nothing good and perfect that doesn’t come from God. God is so good and full of light that even His turning produces light. That means, when He turns His back on you about something, there’s still glory in it, not because He’s wicked, but because He wants to implant His Word in you through difficult situations. So God sometimes allows us to pass through trials in order for Him to work out His Word in our hearts.
By becoming a consistent doer of God’s Word, you also become an onlooker of the perfect law of liberty. What that means is that your life starts to get transformed to become more Christlike. Why? Because the cleansing power of the Word gradually flushes out destructive content in you and replaces it with sound doctrine. And since you live out what’s in you, you’ll begin to manifest the ways of Jesus physically.

It’s important to note that the gospel of Christ (the Word of God) reveals you from faith to faith (Romans 1:17). So it’s step by step, not just a one-time thing. Constantly expose yourself to God’s Word because it reveals who you really are in Christ as God’s righteousness.
Humans are more valuable than things. Giving something out to see a need met won’t kill you. You may be uncomfortable doing it. But if that uneasy feeling doesn’t really come out of spiritual discernment, give.
Paul showed us how to carry the humble mindset of Christ in our relationships with one another using Philippians 2:5-7. He says we should not be title-conscious but servant-conscious, especially as leaders in Christ. That requires that, at certain times, you have to let go of some of your privileges in order to help others.
If you own a laptop, that machine doesn’t teach you what to do. Instead, you use it for what you want. In the same way, this God who owns us wants us to submit ourselves to Him. But why? It’s not because He wants to dominate our lives. Instead, He wants us to become empowered to fulfil our divine mandates accurately and vigorously.
Watch your life closely. Check your attitude. What are you doing that’s creating an atmosphere of laziness in any area of your life? It could be excessive sleeping, overworking, or lack of prayer. Check it and solve it by applying God’s wisdom from the Word.
If you want to have a glorious future, you must start investing in yourself today. Do this, and you’ll get so filled with the wisdom of God that you’ll hardly run into trouble without readily getting a solution.
Learn to forgive your offender. No person is God. Don’t depend on another person to give you happiness. Depend on God to fill you with His joy so that you can dispense His joy in you to others without expecting returns.
The work of the ministry is very laborious. It’s not for lazy people. It’s so heavy that one man can’t do everything. We need more labourers, not just new converts, in God’s vineyard.
Where is your heart? What preoccupies your thoughts so much that you can’t go a day without thinking about it, or you don’t care to spend whatever amount of money to see its fruition? That is a question many people refuse to answer intentionally for themselves. But Jesus gave a clue to finding it.
