As a believer, your upbringing should not always determine your adult lifestyle. When Jesus becomes Lord over your life, you receive power to put away childish things as you pursue after maturity in the Spirit.
Are you really a disciple of Jesus? Or are you one of those students who sign up for courses yet fail to attend classes and follow after the course consistently?
Sometimes, you must spend quality time with the Father alone, not just in a congregation. Other times, your family, particularly the nuclear one, ought to join you in lifting the Father high. But in any way, never underestimate how powerful it is to be in God’s presence alone.
Artificial contraception, in itself, is neither good nor bad. But who uses it and the motive for using it will judge. When the unmarried uses it, it is totally wrong and sinful because it will foster fornication. But for married couples, they can use it for effective family planning.

For such people, God’s Word says, speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves. But how can you do that? It’s simple. Use your position of influence.
The Lord will be your light when you sit in darkness. When you get to a point in life you don’t know what to do, call upon Him. He will be there to give you divine direction.
Just as you expect the company you work for to pay you at the end of each month, honour your pastor willingly from your pocket. He is your teacher and instructor in God’s house.
To pay the price to focus on God, you’d have to let some relationships die in your life.
Never be so stringent on protecting your life that you’ll not allow God to flexibly instruct you to do things that are according to His ways.
If God says David’s generation, who are now believers in Christ, may possess the remnant of Edom, it means that unbelievers have taken authority over in every realm of life and will eventually be overtaken by believers.
It is never good to be partial to the wicked and deprive the innocent of justice. That means don’t place justice ahead of ungodly favour.
