Those Who Walk Uprightly Enter into Peace
Have you not realised that many people get into trouble only after they do bad things? Yes, upright living is meant for your own good, although not everyone will side with you in such a lifestyle.

Strengthening your faith through daily acts of worship and service is a journey—a lifelong process of drawing closer to God and living out His love in the world. It’s about consistently seeking God in every area of your life, from the quiet moments of prayer to the hands-on service of others.
Although not musical, Paul never forgot to tell us that we should speak to one another with psalms, hymns and songs from the Spirit. In those days, there was no Spotify, Apple Music, or music streaming platform to get songs. There weren’t even phones or advanced instruments like we have today. All that they had was their voices and a few instruments. But they managed to treasure the songs of the Spirit in their hearts. Today, you have a better life.
Be on guard every day, especially in what you hear online. It is not everyone who preaches the gospel preaches the truth. Do not give attention to anyone who does not acknowledge Jesus as the Son of God, for that person is a liar. Guard your ears and eyes, lest you be deceived by false messiahs.
Your body has been purchased by God using Jesus’ blood. So the moment you get saved, you don’t own it. Instead, you are a steward of it, and it remains God’s property.
Give no excuse for not being around in church. And even if you can’t join the service physically due to travel, make the effort to connect to it online. It’ll help you.

In 1 John 2, Apostle John shows us how to conduct the test of knowing God in our lives. He says that knowing God means keeping (treasuring in your heart) the commands of God.
“Will you deny worldly pleasures for the cause of God’s mission?” I know that sometimes, obeying God is hard. But hey, look into God’s glorious future for you and obey Him wholeheartedly.
God isn’t after our money or possessions. He’s after our hearts. When the wise men pulled resources together to give, they had only three packages. It doesn’t mean they were three in number. But God kept communicating to them not to visit Herod upon their return to their country.
The world’s system is like ancient Babylon, where the children of God are forced to submit to systems and structures that battle for our time with the Lord and our convictions in the Word. Standing on your grounds to live by faith doesn’t happen by luck. It’s by intentionality.
We worship God in spirit through our fellowship with the Holy Spirit in us. And then, we worship God in truth through our fellowship with the Word (Jesus-the Truth).
