As children of God, the importance of favour in our lives cannot be overemphasised. It is basically our spiritual legal tender for trade, our certificate in anything we do, our visa to anywhere on this Earth and our key to unlocking any kind of door we want in life, all for the glory of our Father. Here are three ways of stirring up God’s favour in our lives.
As believers, what should our minds be focused on? Is it on the everyday ominous news you hear from the news, or on God’s kingdom? The latter is beneficial.
Never say because you know your mandate, you’re going to rebel against spiritual authority. Continue serving. When it’s time for God to take you out from there, He knows how to do it without your struggle.
Minister of God, it’s not every human voice that speaks to you that’s actually a human voice. Sometimes, it’s God speaking through people to you. Other times, it’s demons. And also, sometimes, it’s the people themselves. If you make the mistake of not discerning voices in people’s talks, you’ll end up misinterpreting people and always blaming yourself for doing wrong things.
Your soul needs purification. But it’s the reception of the Word that will do that. And when your soul is purified, it’ll reflect in your physical way of life.
Become a student of the Word and a living epistle of it. Divine knowledge will abound in your walk with God, and you’ll find it easy to run checks on your life by spiritual discernment between good and evil.
If you choose to eat like the worldly people eat, you’ll end up growing to become like them. There’s a different kind of food for the child of God. It’s the Word of God. Keep feeding on it.

Submit to God’s training systems. If it’s serving in His house, do it with all diligence, knowing that you’re the primary benefactor of it and the organisation at large.
As a minister, leave God’s Word as the content for people’s sustenance in Christ after their deliverance. Don’t pride yourself that demons submit to you when you use the name of Jesus. That happiness is temporary. That person’s life after deliverance being kept in Christ should be of more concern to you.
