Suffering is an unpleasant reality for Christians, yet it has an amazing transforming potential to refine our faith. Believers discover the blessing hidden under anguish in a place of difficulties, a blessing that comes from bearing suffering for the sake of righteousness.
The central purpose of anything God entrusts to us isn’t for us to find fulfilment in them. No! They’re to help us concentrate on God’s mission of spreading His influence.
Just like how many people, especially young men, are bent on building houses, every organisation is a house to be built, just like a business or any ordinary house. And according to Proverbs 24:3, wisdom is the principal thing to possess in order to build such spiritual architectural design.
Once your hands are clean of evil, remember that evil people will see you as evil to them. Why? Because your light will expose their evil deeds. Let the naysayers talk badly about you. But the Word of the Lord will always stand true. It says, “… he who has clean hands will be stronger and stronger.” (Job 17:9)
As you excel in your field of divine calling, influential people will keep coming to you to see and pay for the work you do.
God doesn’t want your mind to be filled with mixed knowledge of good and evil. Instead, He wants your mind to be filled with thoughts of His goodness every day, so much so that evil won’t be part of your thinking pattern.
Greatness is connected to achievements, but only the kind that results in benefiting many people, not those whom the doer does to make a name for himself.
Who do you say Jesus is? Many people have different views of His personality. But who is He to You?
You must have the faith to leave your old lifestyle when God calls you to serve Him. Submit every part of it to the Lordship of Jesus. He will never fail you.
When you love God with all your heart, soul, and mind, you are showing Him that He is the most important thing in your life. You also set yourself up for a life of peace, joy, and fulfilment.
