Weeping time is only when God’s presence seems missing in your life – where you have every reason to question God because things aren’t really working out as you want them to. But there’s good news: it has an expiry date. And that date isn’t in years, months or days. It’s when you discover God’s reason for doing things in His presence.
Faith and patience work together. If you have faith that God will do what He said, pray and be patient unto Him to fulfil the vision. It’ll take time, but it’ll get accomplished. Fret not!
As long as the disciples didn’t hear from Jesus that it was Him walking on the seas, they were troubled. So if you have problems discerning the works of Jesus in your life, focus on hearing God correctly. It’ll be solved.
1 Peter 5:6-7 (NKJV)
[6] Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, [7] casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Psalm 103:17 tells us that the Lord’s love is with those who fear Him. And that love is from everlasting to everlasting. That implies it’ll never end. So though people die and get forgotten by people, God’s love will continue to benefit those who revere Him in all their ways.
In Jeremiah 29:11, God says He has plans to prosper you and give you a future. He may have said it to some Israelites in the Old Testament. But that promise is much alive for you today because His Word never fails.
You don’t need the whole world to know that good deed you did for others. No! God will reward your secret labours even if nobody congratulates you.
One thing God expects you to do with intentionality is to nurse the conviction He gives you any time He answers specific prayer requests made by you about situations or shows you what’s ahead of you.
God can do what men think it’s impossible. He can turn situations around for your good. He can change your standard of living from today. But do you believe He can do it?
God may have shown you glimpses of your future, how bright it is or will be. But when you compare where you are today and the beautiful imagination about your life in mind, you just cannot trace your path there. Let me encourage you: it is worth the wait. Grow through the process.
It may seem your life circumstances contradict what God told you to do now. But I assure you that, He will bring what He has said to pass.
Look to God to supply everything you need to fulfil your calling, both materially and spiritually (divine knowledge).
