Love Does Not Keep Record of Wrongs

The Bible says clearly in 1 Corinthians 13:5 that love keeps no record of wrongs. When you read the New King James Version of that part of the scripture, it uses “think no evil” in place of “keeps no record of wrongs.” What does that mean? It implies that when you keep remembering the offences your offenders do to you, the spirit of vengeance will keep bombarding your mind with evil things to do to pay back evil to your offenders. Think about that for a moment!

God Will Bring You into Judgment

Solomon gave simple advice to all young people in Ecclesiastes 11:9. He said that as a young person, just be happy and let your heart give you joy in the days of your youth. Follow the ways of your heart and chase after what you see. But while doing all these things, know that God will bring you into judgment.

Abstain from Fornication

As a child of God, know that the Holy Spirit is inside you. Your body is His temple (see 1 Corinthians 6:19). That means, with His help, you can devise ways and means to control your body in sanctification (consecration or purity of your heart and life) and honour (value).

Settle Disputes In Secrecy

One of the ways to appease someone’s heart after grieving him is to give the person a gift secretly. It can be a private phone call, text message expressing an apology or a short note. Whatever it is, your goal should be keeping destiny relationships intact no matter what.

Put Away Fleshly Desires

Just because you’re saved doesn’t mean the battle to put away fleshly desires the devil suggests to you has ceased. Give no chance to the devil. Don’t say you’ll live pure in God’s house and do evil deeds outside it. No! God is omnipresent. He’s always with you, so live as you’ll do in Christ regardless of location.

The Knowledge Of The Truth Will Set You Free

There are several people under the control of the devil. They want to stop sinning and committing fornication but just don’t know how. Jesus came to rectify that problem. He’s the solution to every man’s challenges. He’s the only one that sets people free from every guilt and condemnation (John 8:36). Will you come to Him today?
