If ministries collaborate with other ministries to do God’s work, the impact of all the ministries that came together for this work will be more potent than what only one can do. In homes, a couple with a strong marriage will have a more blessed home than the one that is divided. Yes, it is a law.
Talk is cheap. Because of that, many people don’t even count the cost involved in bringing their ideas to fruition before sharing them with others. You can conceive a beautiful vision in your mind, but that doesn’t negate the labour involved in raising that dream. Be conscious of wielding the power of God in you to do many exploits for His glory.
Don’t look at the beautiful pictures and reviews of people’s organisations, buildings, and activities they showcase on social media and think they didn’t work hard to achieve that level. I tell you, so much occurs behind the scenes to bring you what you see. Before jumping in to pursue any idea in your life, always count the cost before starting to build.
There are too many people depending on you to rise and honour God’s call on your life. Yes, it won’t be easy to do God’s work, especially from the start with unfavourable conditions. But He is with You. Never give up on Him. Press on even if things are not okay. Things will get better with time.
As you grow in what you do, there are times when you need to evaluate what is going on so you can correct your mistakes and make things better. Who knows, your key to enjoying the year would start like this?
Dear one, don’t dilute God’s vision for your life because of laziness. Don’t keep listing many excuses in your mind to explain why you cannot do this or that. No! It’ll just make you abandon that work, and you will say that things don’t work. God doesn’t want you to be a failure, so don’t make yourself one.
You may have seen other people die prematurely, and that made you sad, but it doesn’t have to happen to you. When you feel fragile about living, don’t give up. Instead, go to the Lord in prayer to recharge yourself in the Spirit and come back to face life with renewed strength.
Child of God, there is a promise from God in Psalm 37:29 that the righteous shall inherit the land and dwell in it forever. It doesn’t say the righteous “may” inherit the land but “shall.” That means it is definitely going to happen. But there is a responsibility on your end as a believer. God is a Spirit, so whatever He sets His heart to do on this Earth will require men to bring it to physical manifestation. Take your place, and don’t settle for less.
God’s supervisory system is so good that He doesn’t need anybody to check what each of His children is doing. When you work hard for Him, He sees it and rewards you based on His preferences. And if you’re lazy, you cannot bypass His watchful eyes.
One of the most profound questions in ministry, primarily targeted to young and upcoming ministers, is, “Did God call you”? I am writing this article to help anybody battling with the surety of his calling to ministry, and I hope you’ll get your answers after reading it.
Dear one, calm down when it comes to service. God will always reward you for everything you do in ministry and service in the secular workplace. That reward of God will always be greater than what any man will ever give you.
