Enough of going to work from Monday to Friday, weddings, funerals and events on Saturday and showing up in church on Sundays. There’s more to life than this routine way of living. Wake up and pray. Contact the power of Jesus to give your life a purpose and reason to be meaningful in this dire world.
Give no excuse for not being around in church. And even if you can’t join the service physically due to travel, make the effort to connect to it online. It’ll help you.
Nobody can plunge the faith of Christ in your spirit out. But for suffering in the flesh (physical life) because of that same faith, blessed are you when you go through them.
Reading Proverbs 18:9, Solomon says that the one who’s slack in his work is a brother to one who destroys. In other words, the lazy person has a similar lifestyle to that of a destroyer of an entire company.
Do your work heartily unto the Lord. Take that business you’re employed in as yours and work with all your heart as if you’re the boss. And as you serve, God will recognise your labour and reward you bountifully.
When we draw near to God, He will draw near to us. And to achieve this, we should engage in spiritual exercises in Christ that will help us connect to Him. Be like David, who sought God (see Psalm 41:1-2) even though he was a busy king.
It’s worth it to stand for Jesus even if everyone around you doesn’t side with you. Be ready to defend the gospel with meekness and fear, which is reverence toward God.
Bear with discomfort as you grow to see the fullness of your destiny being manifested. Stand up for your divine vision firmly in your mind and let the naysayers say what they want.
It’s worth bearing up under pain because of your commitment to God. Physically, it might not be okay with you. But your reward in heaven for going through that is waiting for you.
Make it a heart desire to always walk with more than enough mindset. Carry more than you’ll spend on you each day. So that when you get an opportunity to give to the one who needs something you have, you’ll not have much.
We owe a lot of love to our broken world filled with numerous wicked people. Let’s choose not to advance the devil’s work of selfishness. But to keep supporting people by the inspiration of God’s love.
