Did you know that the Lord needs you for you to fulfil His assignment for your life here on Earth? Oh yes, He needs you. But He doesn’t depend on anybody.
In Isaiah 58:11, the prophet Isaiah prophesied many great things that will happen in every believer’s life, especially for those who know it and live according to God’s ways. One is that the Lord will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land.

Believe in God’s promises without figuring out how He’ll do it. When you feel confused, pray about it instead of taking matters into your own hands. He’s a faithful God. He will never fail you.
God’s timing is very different from that of man’s. So anytime He gives a promise, when He’ll do it is up to Him and not to us. Never allow men to pressure you to make decisions to tamper with God’s timing for fulfilling His prophecies. Your duty is to keep believing in Him and watchful in prayer.
Just like a child can’t lift weights, we can’t handle life alone. We need Jesus. Taking inspiration from Philippians 4:12-13, let’s explore how to achieve all things through Christ’s strength.
Always pay premium attention to living in peace. Resort to prayer when circumstances try to bully your mind. God will respond to your case.
Being a Christian does not make you immune to persecution. Christ Himself was persecuted. The apostles from the early church were persecuted for their faith. Therefore, the modern-day Christian is not exempted at all.
