If there is a list of mental epidemics happening in this generation, I would say confusion is among the top three. Many people are merely focused on living, so they are doing whatever they can to survive and not to make an impact that will outlive them. As such, these people lack specificity in what to do with their lives. I want you to look deep within your heart and ask yourself this question; “What am I on this Earth for?” If you can’t answer it well, then there is a problem with the direction of your life. What do you really want?
Jesus is the solution for all manner of confusion. He said in John 10:27 that His sheep hear His voice and that He knows them, and they follow Him. So, in short, Jesus is salvation for confused people. When you become His sheep and you spend time building intimacy with Him, you will know His voice clearly without doubts. And since Jesus is God and God is all-knowing, following Jesus will make you never lack direction in life.
Life shouldn’t be in cycles as many people are programmed to think — from birth to school, job, marriage, children, acquiring properties and more. It should be about knowing Jesus intimately and allowing Him to lead you in every step of your life. Refuse to be suppressed by confused people to accept normalcy in life while God has purposed you to soar higher every day.
