Dear leader, see growth in people when they show imperfections. You also got trained before reaching that level. Don’t discredit your team. Love them and build them up and create enough space in your organisation for them to learn from the mistakes they’ll commit. They’ll mature.
There’s a sure inheritance for God’s servants including you, regardless of the vocation wherewith you’re called. That inheritance is in two folds – the Earthly ones and the heavenly ones.

1. The worries of this life.
2. The deceitfulness of wealth.
3. The desires for other things.
God is on a mission to revolutionise everything in the universe to conform to Christ. And you are a part of His plan. Approach Him to discover your divine purpose and live it with great intentionality.
When will you release grace to your situation? When will you stop calculating happenings by your limited understanding? God is the ancient God, who knows the end from the beginning. If He tells you, “My child, come to me in prayer. I will show you things you don’t know” (see Jeremiah 33:3), it’s not for fun. Instead, it’s for your safety.
Quarrelling doesn’t glorify God because it shows you lack self-control, which is a fruit of the Spirit (see Galatians 5:2-23). Therefore, be mindful of those you move around with in your life.
Drop matters which don’t matter to your life. As you correct those who offend you constructively unto the glory of God, never forget that forgiveness frees you first of guilt than the one who did it. And if you find it hard to forgive, remember how great a debt of sin Jesus has paid for you to receive the gift of salvation for free.
How easy for the whole land of Egypt to criticise Joseph – newly promoted prime minister for storing up food in cities for seven years. They didn’t know famine was coming. But He had revelation of what’s coming. To learn how to save money and resources for your life in the future, ask God for divine revelation for your life years to come.
The bedrock of your faith in Christ is the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. In that, without believing in it, there’s no forgiveness of sins, hence no salvation.
There’s something unique about you that makes you, you. And God’s Word is saying in 1 Peter 4:10 that; serve others with your gift as a faithful steward of such grace.
Always recognise that it’s not about you but God working in you to produce everything you see in your life. God is your Father. He’s your Source and sustainer. He provides the strength to do everything according to His purpose, including the desires that inspire such acts.
We live in an evil age, and too many things compete for human attention. Bear the yoke of Jesus while you’re young by committing to kingdom service. And you’ll never be disadvantaged in life.
