God is always with you. He will never leave nor forsake you. Get that right! So, whether in public or in your closet, He is right there with you. Do what is good, whether a man is checking up on you or not, because, at the end of the day, you will give an account of your life to God, not man.
God, in His own wisdom, does not have any problem with us having more churches. Why? Because the Body of Christ consists of several components, and each part has its own duty. What ministry A is commissioned by God to do may be different from that of ministry B. However, the distinction in divine mandate should not bring diversity to spiritual understanding.
To keep enjoying eternal life in glory, you must keep receiving from the Lord. That is why you must prioritise your daily quiet time with the Lord, regularly going to church and praying. Never get too busy for God because if that happens, you are too busy, which can affect you. Speak life into that situation; pray about it by the revelation of the Word you have. And God will step up into your case.
Don’t worry about the struggles you are going through today because you chose to obey Jesus. Your family members may not support that decision. But press on to make your calling and election in Christ evident unto all. The Lord Jesus, who began a good work in you, will continue with you until the day Jesus comes back.
As Jesus draws you in and you get to know Him better, He gives you the privilege to witness Him everywhere you go. And because of that, you’ll start facing persecution because some people will not accept your message. That is why you need to normalise persecution in your life as a Christian.
The Bible says we are all baptised by one Spirit so as to form this Body of Christ. That means, in Christ, where a person comes from on this Earth does not matter. Why? Because the Spirit of God that dwells in that person is the same Spirit that dwells in other believers, too.
No man on this Earth, no matter where he finds himself, can live up to God’s standards if he does not bow to the majesty of Christ. And it becomes more dangerous when such a man is married. Why? Because it affects not only his life but also his family.
When a ministry leader gets caught in secret sins, he causes those weak in the faith to become weaker. It’s like the pillar they were leaning on for spiritual support is no longer trustworthy and stable. Oh! If you have faced that challenge before, may the Lord strengthen you to continue your race of faith in Christ Jesus.
As a believer in Christ, your freedom and liberty are gifts from God to you. That means you can use whatever you want your life for. But not all things will be good for you.
God won’t let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. For every temptation the devil serves you with, be it an evil suggestion in your mind, obscene media, or any other thing, God will always provide a way of escape from it.
You may have been in a local church where the Word of God is strongly taught with accuracy. You may have been to a theological seminary, so you know every nook and cranny of the Bible. But hey, never get used to God. If you think you are standing firm, just watch your doctrine and life closely, lest you give the devil the opportunity to make sin pleasant in your eyes.
Did you know that almost everybody on this Earth has debts to pay for? Maybe you are shocked to hear this, but that’s what the Bible says. In Romans 13:7, we are told to give to everyone what we owe them. However, the preceding words in the scripture didn’t state that “money” is the only thing to think about regarding debt! There is more to that!
