Some people in your team may be misbehaving. Don’t worry about their attitude or your pain. Cleanse them by preaching the Word constantly. If you like, don’t even focus on pointing out their faults. Teach them God’s Word. That same Word is what they need to have their lives cleansed. Be encouraged today, and press on in leadership.
Don’t let your determination to follow your choices end you up in the wrong place, only to forcefully choose later to obey God. Surrender your ways to God. He’s the ancient of days. He knows what’s best for you.
When God told Abraham to leave his father’s household, He didn’t tell him to let Lot follow him. But Abraham allowed his nephew to follow him. Until they parted ways, Abraham never saw the promised land by revelation. Don’t carry unnecessary load on you when obeying God; it’ll be a distraction later on.
When the Earth flooded after the downpour and the dove Noah sent out on the third occasion never came back, everything showed that he can move out of the ark. But he still waited until God told him to move out with his family (Genesis 8:14-16). Your knowledge doesn’t override God’s leadership over your life. Submit to Him.
God’s limits are for your protection, not restriction. If He tells you that “Stay here and do My work,” He knows what He’s saying. He is omnipresent, flawless and visionary. Either you obey Him without grumbling, or you disobey Him and face the consequences.
Don’t get angry at the people who rebuke you for your wrongs, especially the believers. Even if you do, reconcile with them as soon as possible. These are the people who really love you despite your faults and shortcomings. Cherish them because such people are hard to find.

Don’t let your heart deceive you. Don’t submit to your changing emotions to make decisions today. You might regret it tomorrow. Rely on divine wisdom to navigate your life. It’s for your good.
God knew you before bringing you into the world. So when He provides you leadership and says, “submit to Me,” it’s not because He wants to cage your life. No! It’s because He knows what is best for you, far beyond your knowledge.
When God becomes Lord over your plan, He’ll direct your steps without you needing to struggle to make it.
In Proverbs 26:20, Solomon, by divine inspiration, tells us that to deal with a fire outbreak, focus on destroying the wood that fuels the fire to burn. And to deal with quarrels, simply avoid gossip. So God is indirectly telling us today that we must learn how to deal with issues from the root causes and not the result.
