Don’t be a fault-finding leader of your team. Understand that they are not as competent as you think. Neither do they always know your reason for making some decisions. Give everyone the space to voice out one’s ideas. It fosters great team communication, which is essential for teamwork productivity.
Go for peace rather than arguments; for you were called unto peace in the body of Christ, not to the world.
You might have strong reasons to speak harsh words against those who attack the anointing upon your life to do God’s work in peace. But Assume the place of love and forgive them. Think well of your enemies. Don’t wish them to fall, although they deserve it.
The Word says it is better to suffer for doing good if it’s God’s will rather than doing evil (see 1 Peter 3:17). So, beyond the wailings you’re suffering, commit to following God’s ways.
If people keep doing evil things against you, deal with them as Jesus dealt with those evil Israelites and bore the suffering. Just commit yourself to the Righteous Judge, and He will settle the scores for you.
Delay your responses to people’s talks. Have a receiving mindset because that will give you ample time to judge situations carefully, even before speaking out your verdict.
It’s not everything you do that is beneficial to you and those around you concurrently. Sometimes, you’d have to give up a habit you’ve learned from home.
God knows how to vindicate you despite all the atrocities committed against you. You don’t need to fight evil people back physically. Submit your case to the Lord in prayer. And watch God work in your life.
It’s most important to understand how Christ forgave you so that from that understanding, you can live an ever-forgiving life.
As you grow in God’s love, you should be able to forget people’s faults.
To walk in love as God did, you must walk in sacrifice for the benefit of others.
There are many more scriptures that prove that some sickness happens to people because of sin (see James 5:15, Mark 2:5). So I want to tell you that be careful of how you manage your life today, especially as a believer.
