Do Not Neglect the Ministry of the Word and Prayer

When you neglect your fellowship with God, every other area in your life will begin to decrease in productivity because divine strength will be missing. Labour well in building and maintaining an excellent administrative system in your ministry, and you’ll be free from excessive administrative work distractions.

How Precious is One Soul to God?

Many individuals live life feeling as though they are unnoticed, unimportant, or unappreciated, which is very disheartening. Dear friend, you are precious to God. That is why He has individual plans for you (see Jeremiah 29:11). Don’t belittle yourself!

Preach the Gospel to all Nations

As believers, God has called us to preach the gospel to all nations. Maybe you thought the divine calling applies exclusively to pastors or people in full-time ministry, but it’s not. As we have accepted Christ as our saviour and are part of the body of Christ, it is our divine mandate to spread the good news in whatever way we can.

Beware of Lingering Doctrines

As a child of God, your primary source of doctrine for your life is the Word, not cultural beliefs, racial beliefs or even your own experiences. Again, it is the Word of God. So, you must submit to God’s Word every day and use it for your decisions.

Handling Criticism as a Minister

As a follower of Christ, you must learn the art of handling criticism. No matter what you do, they’ll come. People will craft stories about you merely to defame your name and the Jesus you profess. But the good news is that those people didn’t call you; God did.

Have Compassion for Souls

Whether you’re an ordained pastor or a servant in the Lord’s house, reaching out to others with the message of Christ is your responsibility. You have been given the message of reconciliation to live as an ambassador of Christ (see 2 Corinthians 5:18-20).

Spread Your Impact

Preaching is like spreading seed on the ground. Some will grow well, and others won’t. That is why servants of God must care less how slow or fast each member under their spiritual care grows in the Lord. It is not your duty, dear man of God. But don’t stop preaching!

What Brings Joy in Heaven

If you’re a ministry leader reading this, please insist on leading the church to evangelise to people. If you’re a Christian belonging to a church, never forget to preach Jesus to people who come around you or who you encounter in life. Enough of beating around the gospel. Hell must be depopulated. Play your part!
