Avoid limiting people under your training on what they are to do. Men don’t like domination. Teach people what to do and how to lead themselves as they build loyalty first to God and then to you if they work with you. You’ll realise that your workload will even reduce.
Remain loyal to God first and to your ministry head second. Repent for any wrong thing you have done, lest you let remorse make you make bad life decisions that can cost your generation, like Judas hanging Himself.
What you allow to fill your heart determines what predominantly comes out of your mouth. Be careful of your association because the words they speak can affect you. May God give you the grace and strength to live wisely among unbelievers.
Protect your relationship with Jesus from all forms of filth. For you are married to Him. And that means whatever you share with Him in secrecy must be guarded with all diligence.
When the Bible said that God will meet all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19), your location wasn’t included in that text. God will bless you. But before He does that, He expects you to continue in the faith, and not get tossed to and fro by any wind of doctrine.
Faithfulness, they say is one of the key needs in every minister’s life. Whether you’re a ministry head, a church worker or an employee in a workplace, your faithfulness will be tested. Will you do what you’re told to do without supervision? Or you’ll be a slack person who needs to be dragged by your boss or pastor to do what’s expected of you?
Material blessings can make you live comfortably, but it doesn’t remove sorrows in life. Don’t depend on it.
Ministry isn’t all about serving in the church. It’s all about dedicating what you’re doing unto God, whether in church or not.
