“And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey.” - Matthew 25:15 NKJV
In Christ, there’s grace to multiply anything God gives you. God gives gifts to each person according to our ability, not according to age, time, or gender. Even though God has anointed each Christian (2 Corinthians 1:21), each one has a different level of spiritual understanding because of variations in spiritual growth level.
God gives gifts to each person according to our ability to handle it.

There are two things every child of God desiring to multiply what God has given him have to do.
A. Work with what you have:
When the Master gave the talents to the three servants, he didn’t tell them to work with them. He just gave it to them and went on His journey. God may not instruct you to use your spiritual gifts to impact people. However, you have to be wise enough to use them, with the help of the Spirit, before they become dormant in you. God won’t help you multiply the work of your hands if you are lazy. Remember that the limited spiritual understanding of the servant who had one talent made him fail to work with the little he had.
B. Avoid envying another man’s gifts:
When you envy what God has given another person, it exposes your dissatisfaction with what is in your hands. Nothing in your hands is too small to do mighty works for the Lord. Remember that David didn’t need full armour to kill Goliath. He used a sling with just five stones to slay a whole giant (1 Samuel 17:40-49).
Don’t focus on what you don’t have now. Use what you have well and generate a good report of labour and faithfulness before God. When He sees it, He’ll increase your level step by step. Be content!
You’re a blessing.
