Flee from Idolatry
Today, idolatry is about serving anything at all that claims your allegiance, including your phone. Idolatry is terrible, and God wants you to flee from it. But in what way?

Dear friend, never boast about yourself before God. Never say you were able to do some things with your own strength, especially as a Christian. Otherwise, you’ll start sharing God’s glory with yourself, and He will bring what you think you’ve built to nought.
Wealth can make people proud, especially if such a person is an unbeliever. Do you know why? It’s because when there is enough money in a person’s life, especially a man, he speaks with a lot of ego. In fact, many wealthy people place their confidence in life in what they have instead of God, even without realising it.
If you keep sinning little by little and think a greater judgment from the Lord won’t be passed upon your life if you don’t repent, think twice about what you’re doing. Always remember that God cannot be mocked. So live a clean life and keep sowing in the Spirit, and it shall end with you.
What is your struggle? Is it the fear of rejection? Wrap yourself in God’s arms and keep praying. Find comfort in God’s presence instead of wailing about your troubles. He will keep you strong.
Psalm 25:14 is one eye-opening scripture I’ve seen in the Bible. It says those who fear the Lord are those whom He entrusts His secret with. So the question is, can God trust you with His secret?
Does the devil have a foothold in you? Can you boldly declare that the devil has no trace of sin in you? Can you really do that?
Your body has been purchased by God using Jesus’ blood. So the moment you get saved, you don’t own it. Instead, you are a steward of it, and it remains God’s property.
Don’t lose your hope in God, even if life seems tough for you. Learn to follow Him because He won’t fail you.
See your body as God’s body, dear believer. Use it as God would use it, and don’t abuse it with alcohol, hunger or sexual immorality. Take care of it because without that body, you cannot relate to the world, and your divine purpose will not be fulfilled.
In Proverbs 23:26, God said, through Solomon, that give Him your heart and let your eyes delight in His ways. That means that your heart is the most valuable asset you can ever give to God. Following that, staying glued to delighting in God’s ways is awesome for Him.
Complaining that your work, finance, relationships, education, business, or why any area of your life is in shambles doesn’t solve any problem. It is hearing God about that situation that changes everything. Will you go and pray about that situation, hear God and follow His Word, or you’ll keep complaining?
