[28] “For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; [29] but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.” – Romans 2:28-29 (NKJV)
Since time immemorial, Jews have been classified as God’s people who carry His oracles. And this hasn’t changed. Jews are still God’s people. But today, the “Jews,” who are God’s children, are no longer physical descendants of Abraham, although He still loves them and cares about them. The current Jews of God are those who are born again in Christ. So, if you are a Christian, then you are a jew by inward witness. That’s it.
Furthermore, you have access to all the Abrahamic blessings because you have become a seed of Abraham since Christ lives in you. Oh, but you may say, nothing physical shows that I am a Jew before God! Well, you don’t need to feel it. You only have to know and walk in the consciousness of this mindset. And what makes your citizenship in Christ secure is the circumcision of the heart, which God did in you when you received the gospel to be saved (see Ezekiel 36:26).
Dear one, don’t let anyone belittle you, for you are a child of God. Believe in your heavenly Father’s ability to do beyond your expectations of Him in anything you pray about. He is with you and will never cause you to be ashamed. Say this to yourself, “I am a Jew by inward witness before God. Therefore, I claim the Abrahamic blessings upon my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen!” Never lose hope in God!
You’re a blessing.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for making me Your child. I walk in the consciousness that You are my Father everywhere I am. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
