Thoughts and words are powerful. And since they can be heartfelt, keep your heart with all diligence, dear one. Do not allow unnecessary issues to bother you, lest you talk rushingly out of anger and resentment to hurt many more lives.
As a minister of God, you should not live by the demands of men. Otherwise, you will end up living to fulfil people’s demands rather than living to please God. Sometimes, what people want you to do for them isn’t bad. They could be helpful. However, there are many instances where people’s demands would be contrary to the will of God for your life. So, be careful.
Aside from Jesus knowing vividly that He came from above and not from the Earth, He had more security belonging to His team than His biological family. A minister of God who his family persecutes will probably behave like Jesus. He’ll find more joy and security hanging around like-minded believers than staying home.
When you have the spirit of wisdom operating in your life in a high way, it gives meaning to whatever you do. In fact, it helps you to live unconfused about life. That was what Jesus had, and several people misunderstood Him.
Because your treasure and your heart will always be in the same direction, it is essential to guard your heart against all forms of filth because when filth gets into it, your finances will become imbalanced. Why? Because your love for the Lord will wax cold (see Matthew 24:12). Guard your heart with all diligence because all the issues of life springs from it (see Proverbs 4:23).
John was offended to see his ministry diminish as Jesus’ own flourishes. Unfortunately, that is how many minister’s lives end up like. They can’t bear the news of seeing someone they started with grow in ministry past theirs. Blessed is anyone who does not stumble on the account of Jesus’ work in other people’s lives.
Dear preacher, do not be afraid to preach the truth, even if people forsake you. God didn’t call you to make a name for yourself or to preach messages other people like you to preach. He called you to be faithful, which you must fulfil because you’ll be accountable unto Him in the end.
Nobody will force you to build commitment to studying the Word and following the teachings of Christ each day. But know that becoming a disciple of Jesus comes with a cost. So pay that price to build a deeper intimacy with Jesus, and you will know Him better.
Dear businessman, building your business is costly. It’ll demand so much of your time and brainwork to develop structures and systems. So it’s not just about money. Dear minister, reaching the world doesn’t only depend on how powerful God’s message given to you is. You need the finance, human resources and equipment to make it presentable across diverse platforms.
Jesus described the kingdom of God like a mustard seed that a man took and put in his garden. Then what? It grew to become a large tree and the birds of the air nested in its branches. That description of God’s kingdom is about you, dear one.
When you are careful about interpreting the times and seasons of God’s handiwork in your life, you won’t miss His moves in your life. Furthermore, you will build patience to engage Him as He fulfils His promises in Your life step by step.
Despite the many things God wants you to do and provide you with, He is very much interested in the littlest details of your life. Today, I want to tell you that God will feed you.
