“Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.” — Psalms 119:11 NKJV
God’s Word is so powerful that it can bring anyone and anything in shambles to God’s order.
David says in Psalm 119:11 that because of God’s Word hidden in his heart, he’ll not sin against Him. That’s powerful. He was actually saying that it’s the Word of God that will help him to navigate his life in righteousness before the Lord.
Without God’s Word, a man will live an awkward life. He’ll do so many bad things. But as Christians, what do we have to do? We must imitate what David said in Psalm 119:11, which is to hide God’s Word in our hearts with great intentionality.
