[28] “For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed; the offspring of the wicked will perish.” – Psalms 37:28 (NIV)
One of the things many people battle with is loneliness. There are some people who are even married but still feel lonely sometimes because loneliness isn’t solved by companionship but by the Lord setting His people in acceptable families (see Psalm 68:6). When a person gets saved, God comes to dwell in the person. In addition, He gives His people a kingdom family to dwell with.
God will never forsake His faithful ones. He knows that the righteous sometimes face unfair challenges in life, making their lives tougher than normal. And if you are a believer, yet things are not turning out so good for you, let me encourage you today. You have a God who has vowed never to leave you nor forsake you. Don’t ever feel like you want to fit in this large world where similarity has made people abandon their uniqueness.
You were born not to fit in but to be different. And although that comes with a lot of stigmatisation and challenges, God won’t forsake you. Spend time knowing who you are in Christ and live it out by the empowerment of His grace. It is well with you.
You are a blessing.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for everything You do for me. I know that You will never leave nor forsake me. May I ever remain faithful to You. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
