Work is a vital aspect of our existence today, shaping and moulding the world, as we all can attest to. Regrettably, many have perceived work as burdensome and unfulfilling, driven by financial gain rather than their purpose. In this article, I want to talk about how individuals, particularly believers, can embrace the value and essentialities of work and approach it with all diligence and enthusiasm.
Ministry isn’t for lazy people. You must make many sacrifices to keep God’s work moving forward, including financial ones. The higher the level, the higher the price to pay. Be encouraged.
There is no need to live according to men’s expectations. But when you focus on living a godly life, your life will testify that Jesus transforms lives. Let the light of Christ in you shine so brightly that onlookers will find no fault in your life and give glory to God.
If you are a believer reading this today and God told you to start something—say a business, ministry, or any establishment—or even get married to that fantastic spouse, be rest assured that it’ll not go down the drain. Don’t give up no matter what happens!
You will always be different because your divine gifts are unique. What is important is that you harness your divine gift for it to be so sharp that you that it command global attention.
Consecration in fulfilling your divine mandate requires that you don’t touch the filth in the world. So even though you are in the world, you are not of it (see John 17:16). Let your thinking patterns and how you see life be rooted in the Word of God. In that way, you will always live a life worthy of your divine calling in Christ, no matter where you are on the face of this earth.
Dear entrepreneur, check for God’s will before starting that business. When you get clarity about it, it’ll either save you from wasting your time (if God doesn’t approve it) or help you make good returns on your investment (when God approves it).
When you remain close to Jesus, He will empower you to stay humble like little children in order to serve, thereby becoming great in the kingdom of heaven.
Did you know that the Lord needs you for you to fulfil His assignment for your life here on Earth? Oh yes, He needs you. But He doesn’t depend on anybody.
Keep the Word strongly in your mind. Because I tell you, the things of the world will come and test your resolve. And in those times, it is the Word stored in the reservoir of your heart that will save you.
Jesus said, “… if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch.” That means that as a leader, having a vision prevents you from living a careless life. Secondly, as a follower, who you follow affects the direction your life will take.
