Ways to follow
It is common for you to experience struggles during your humble beginnings in starting to actualise the vision God has given you. In those moments when God shows Himself to be faithful, you will learn to depend on Him. Wait on God, acknowledge His Word and follow His leading.
God is ever ready to give us the wealth that endures and is better than the unrighteous mammon if we have faith in him that he is able to provide it, and we will accompany it by the works of faithfully handling what we have now.
God has created work from the book Genesis when He set man over the entire universe to till and subdue it. You are not only to work for food and earthly satisfaction but live a life of purpose and fulfilment. God has called you to impact generations. Live as such!!
There are better ways of becoming wealthy without needing to wear yourself out. Go to God in prayer and let Him show you what to do with your money for Him to bless it.
You are Abraham’s seed as a Christian. That means when it comes to blessings, it’s your birthright as God’s child. But if you’re struggling to make ends meet, the problem is not from God, what job you do or even how much you earn. The problem is you – how well vested are you in knowing who God has made you?
David said he recognised that his help came from the Lord when he lifted up his eyes, not when he depended on his position as king or boasted about the loyal soldiers he had or even the gold he had access to in God’s temple. In the same way, you can boldly say the Lord is your helper only when you’ve learnt how to depend on Him to meet each of your needs.
Experiencing abundance in life is not in relocating to another country, getting a high-paying job or marrying a wealthy spouse. It’s in Jesus Christ. Only Him has what it takes to satisfy your soul. Come to Him today!
Wake up for change, child of God. It takes a lot to change evil family trends as the emerging child of God with a difference. But God has given you the grace for that. Brace it up, pray and go to work. The Lord will help you.
The Bible instructs us as believers to be hospitable to one another without grumbling (see 1 Peter 4:9). But it’s common to see people receiving others in honour, yet complain about their behaviour to others in their absence. This is bad and it fosters backbiting. Honour scripture in all purity, and don’t think of what to get after extending a helping hand to others. God is your reward.
It’s God’s will for you not to be dependent on anybody. If you live alone, nobody will have control over what you use your life for as you serve Jesus. But if not, have and work on the vision to build your own home, not just to get a place to rent a room.
The primary purpose of getting material possessions is not to base your identity in them, but to help you fulfil purpose. You’re not what you own, but who God calls you. The life Jesus gave you is beyond materialism. Always have this in mind.
Stop begging and living like a hustler while there’s eternal life dwelling inside you! Get to know God more intimately, and every need you think you have will be met by Jesus without your human toils.
